being fortunate to get the chance to frequently travel, i thought i would use those experiences and create a new blog series about travel. i want to give people ideas on different things to do while traveling.
this post is going to be about paris, which will probably be written about quite a bit because i moved there at age 18 and lived there for a year before returning to the US. this post is for people who are planning to visit the lourve. if you are under 25, the louvre offers free entry into the museum-basically same access as a standard ticket-on friday nights. so if you are visiting paris and planning to go to louvre, make it part of your friday night plans. on the other hand, if you are studying abroad in paris, i would really recommended getting the student membership. i think its call the carte louvre jeunes, if i remember correctly. when i got mine it was 12-15 euros, and by far, one of the best decisions i had made. it made entertaining visitors and class assignments much more cost effective.
i hope this gives people help in planning their trips, and i hope this post wasnt too ramble-y. ive got the flu, and well, brain function is limited to say the least! haha.
until next times (probably tomorrow since im confined to the couch),
damers
